Healthy churches have strong and mature lay leaders.  Godly role models who grasp the fundamental tenets of the faith.  People who can, and gladly do come alongside others in need.  But, where do these Godly leaders come from?  When the church is struggling and has few members and precious little in financial resources, training is usually not possible.  There is, of course, the Bible, and maybe some other books available.  God’s people can do more.
